Verity started out of a small two-car garage in 2013 with a passion for helping people move better to help them feel better.
Each person is unique, so we structure our coaching and training around you as an individual. While our approach is individualized, we believe that group training and being a part of a community is the best way to keep you on track towards your goals.
We structure group CrossFit training into 30-minute classes broken up into strength and conditioning specific sessions. We keep our workouts fun but intense! Every day is something different, but we stick to functional movements that require your full body.
Group classes are welcome to all fitness levels, and we can always scale or modify any of our movements based on your needs and goals. If you are new to CrossFit we start with one-on-one training so you can move safely and build good habits from day one!
