Our group CrossFit classes are an hour long and typically include strength training and conditioning. The workout of the day is tailored to your specific needs and is made appropriate for your current fitness level. We keep our workouts fun but intense! Every day is something different, but we stick to functional movements that require your full body.
While our group CrossFit classes are the best way to get fit, strong, and have an awesome workout, private training is perfect if you need a little more specific attention. Private training is done in either 30 or 60-minute sessions and is scheduled at your convenience. If you are new to CrossFit or the gym we recommend taking Origins, our basics training program. After Origins, you are welcome to attend group classes or continue on with private training if you prefer.
Group strength classes involve daily mobility and stretching as well as frequent technique work. We use core barbell lifts (squats, presses, and deadlifts) and Olympic lifts (snatch, clean, and jerk) build general strength and explosive power. We also regularly program accessory movements and at home mobility work to keep your joints feeling healthy and strong.
Teens CrossFit is for ages 12-17 and is a great compliment to any other sports or activities they may be involved in. The class is an hour-long and they learn the basics of how to control their body and build a foundation for strength. The workouts are designed to be tough but fun so they learn to enjoy working out, being active, and living a healthy lifestyle.
Nutrition is the foundation of health and fitness. Our goal is to teach people how to eat to get the physique they want without having to go crazy counting calories or weighing food every day. Basic nutrition coaching is included with our memberships. If you need a higher level of accountability and daily attention, we offer a 10-week nutrition intensive as well as ongoing personalized nutrition coaching to help you reach your goals.
Our olympic weightlifting classes are for people looking to specialize in the Snatch and the Clean and Jerk. These are the two lifts that are performed in the olympic sport of weightlifting. These classes focus mainly on building strength and explosive power. We utilize both of these lifts in our group CrossFit classes but its not the sole focus.
